Nothing is more rewarding in life than releasing your unlimited potential and leading a creative, abundant life.
Does it seem success seems elude you no matter what we do? Many beliefs you hold about success can keep you constantly struggling to make significant changes in your life.
One of the most common beliefs we hear about success is that it’s a journey… like it’s something you need to get. Success is taught as a future destination. This approach to success often creates frustration and disappointment.
Why Success is Not A Journey or Destination
Every one of us… including YOU, comes into this world with everything you need to succeed… to realize your full potential.
Imagine you were born successful. Each and every one of us possesses gifts to share with the world. These gifts make you unique. It is the REAL you. your true inner ME.. Your Magical Essence that makes you YOU!
That Magical Essence is everything you need to experience the success your heart desires.
Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, says "Somewhere in your make-up there lies sleeping, the seed of achievement which, if aroused and put into action, would carry you heights, such as you may never hoped to attain.
Just as a musician may cause the most beautiful strains of music to pour forth from the strings of a violin, so may you arouse the genius which les asleep in your brain, and cause it to drive you upward to whatever goal you may which to achieve."
That’s why you get frustrated and feel success alludes you… you’re looking for it in the wrong place… you’re looking outside yourself.
It’s not about "Getting" success… it’s about becoming aware of the success already within you.
That awareness starts with your perception of yourself. The image you hold of yourself.
The First Secret to Unlocking Your Success – Self Confidence
Psychologists say there is tremendous power in Self-Confidence. Very successful people possess abundant self confidence. You must have high self confidence to release and live a successful life.
What is self confidence?
Belief in oneself backed by dynamic aggressive action that lets others know the belief in oneself
The quality with which the mind is recharged and made positive
It’s contagious, it’s impelling, it’s persuasive and it attracts others
Your self confidence is a reflection of your self esteem. A high self esteem is an universal common denominator of excellence. It’s a releasing mechanism that allows your potential to flow easily and freely. Your level of self esteem reflects the perception you belief about your own value and worth as a person. Unless you perceive your own true worth as a person, you cannot come close to achieving total self confidence.
Your belief about your value began to develop in the early years of your life. Your present level of self esteem equals the cumulative result of the positive and negative messages your thoughts and feelings deposited in your mind since you were born. You’ve been conditioned since childhood by false concepts, values and beliefs that prevent you from realizing how truly capable and unique you are.
You are born with a high sense of worth and value. Today you may find it hard to believe. You can see self worth in action. Watch the actions and reactions of most children before they become programmed with fear, phobia and limited beliefs.
.The good news is you can reprogram your subconscious.
One of my favorite quotes comes from the eminent philosopher and psychologist William James: "The greatest discovery of our age has been that we by changing the inner aspects of our thinking can change the outer aspects of our lives"
WOW! that is powerful. All you need to do is change your thoughts.
When you learn to master "YOU"… you master everything else.
When I was recovering from the memories of childhood abuse, one the tools my therapist gave to me to rebuild my self esteem was writing affirmations. Affirmations are your strongest confidence builders.
Your Inspired Action Steps
Write inner critic neutral affirmations on success and confidence. Effective affirmations work by the law of repetition. Everyday for the next 21 days, write out and say aloud your affirmations. You can even record your affirmations and play them while you fall asleep.
